A: Take a look at some of the case studies listed and you will see that I have worked with both Blue Chip Multinationals and SMEs to good effect. I can, and do, help and advise organisations from both manufacturing and service sectors, and have many years experience in implementing Business Management Systems, and Process Improvements, but I can also be a very much “hands on” member of your team if required. A: Every new contract includes the option of a Non-Disclosure confidentiality agreement.

A: Broadly speaking, everything listed under the Services drop down menu. However, if you require help with something not on the list, please contact me and if I can help, I will.

Q “How much will my project cost?”

A: How long is a piece of string?! My charges are based on a fixed day rate for on-site work plus any associated expenses, and remote working is charged by the hour (so you only pay for the level of support you need.) Minimal overheads mean these rates are very competitive. As to costs for a specific project, I only provide a budget costing after consultation with a client as every project is different.
